You can find a jury rigged tilt shift lens tutorial online, I've found a couple if you want them.

I like the fact that you picture citizens going about their daily stuff, people watching is interesting, and capturing them in photography is fantastic i think.

This is great! The overall gray-blue with spots of red is a very interesting effect. Tilt shifting is fascinating and this captures it wonderfully!

My camera does this automatically, I took a picture of my boyfriend's car on this setting, it's so fun making things look mini
