I Lol'd at some of my old artwork the other day. It's so pathetic, haha >x]
Um, just a tip (even though I'm way out of practice): to get the best look on dynamic poses, draw 'em as often as you can and don't leave them until you can get them looking exactly how you want them. No matter how long it takes.
A good place to find some good anatomical how-tos would be a western styled comic tutorial.
Remember, realism comes first.
