I'm glad she requested me to draw Baron. I love all Ghibli animation though some of them I haven't watched yet.

This guy is awesome. He's a dapper cat voiced by Cary Elwes.

Oh Baron, I recognize inmediately, his love history was always a little heartbreaking, wonder if someday he could be with his devoted lady -w- You made amazing details on the clothing, with those 3-4 lines of shadow, the pic looks really tridimensional, and his face looks very intriguing and fitting for a cat!
Well, I admit that Ghibli movies have really amazing animation and ideas, but... being honest, they are not of my taste. Well, more than Ghibli, is the films directed by Hayao Miyazaki the ones (the most famous of the collection) that I really don't like, is perhaps because I don't like his vision of the childhood world he uses to project in his movies. From the all ghibli collection I always prefer the movies from the other directors, like "Kaguya Hime, Pompoko, Yamada neighboors, Only enber Yesterday, Grave of Fireflies" etc. I like Howl's Moving castle (but I guess that I liked that movie for his amazing soundtrack more than the history) and Mononoke Princess (perhaps the most basic or single in this movies but with a magnificent storytelling)

But curiously, the film that I enjoyed most from the studio, the one that I considered the best one by far and most magnificent, is the movie that the same Hayao Miyazaki didn't like at all, Nausicaa, OMG that movie is one of the most amazing films and histories I have watched, not for the originality of the idea, but the way the movie make living that history, and the most charismatic female protagonist I seen in years. Is a masterpiece in all senses, even made you falling in love with her -w-

Haha sorry, I divague myself in the end. The point is that this movies always inspire amazing pieces of art, like your, to my favs!

Heh. No problem. I love reading other people's opinion towards my favourite series
In my point of view, Ghibli movies are quite hard to understand or interpret sometimes. Some movies, I need to re-watch it again two or three times to get the concept. (First time watching is mostly filled with 'awwwwww', 'what a landscape!!!' and sometimes 'look at that handsome guy!!!')

I love the concept toward the earth, the environment, and the way it shows that there is no black-or-white characters. The grey zone is always appeared in the movies.

And the thing that I love the most is the music. lol
They're so decent. You have to try listen to the orchestra version. XD
