Description
I was going to post another map next, but since I've already posted a future history map, I'm gonna mix things up a little and take you a long time ago, to a galaxy far far away....---
It is a period of civil war. The Republic Liberation Front, striking from a hidden base, have won their first victory against the righteous Galactic Empire. The RLF has recently carried out its most heinous act of terror yet - crashing a stolen T-65 "X-Wing" fighters into the Life Star, a moon-sized habitat built by the Imperial government as a gift to the people of Alderaan for supplying the Confederacy with weapons during the Mutant Wars, and as an experiment for the possibility of building large spacecraft for extragalactic travel. "Remember Alderaan" has become a slogan among Imperial supporters throughout the galaxy, and Prime Minister Palpatine has pledged to hunt down the terrorists wherever they may be hiding and exact justice. Fortunately, notorious RLF terrorist and Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi was arrested in the aftermath of the attack.
The RLF has been waging its war against the Empire since the end of the Mutant Wars. The Mutant Wars brought down the Galactic Republic, the dark, theocracy under the rule of the totalitarian Jedi lords and their puppet Senate. The Republic had reigned for a thousand generations, following the Jedi's ideology of wiping all beauty, feeling and freedom from the galaxy and replacing it with mindless submission to the Jedi's code. The Mutant Wars began when a group of systems, led by the heroic Sith knight, Count Dooku, led a group of systems to rebel against the Republic to form the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Dooku had turned to the Sith after hearing of their ideology of passion and freedom. Dedicated to freeing the galaxy from tyranny, Dooku bravely led legions of droid soldiers against the horrifying mutants of the Republic. As the Confederacy advanced, more and more worlds left the Republic's tyrannical grip.
Dooku was struck down by the Jedi, Anakin Skywalker, during a desperate Republic attack against the Confederate capital of Geonosis. But Dooku's pleas for mercy appealed to Anakin, and he slowly became closer to Chancellor Palpatine, the Jedi's head stooge in the Senate. Palpatine taught Skywalker that there was more to the Force than the Jedi, and that a "Light Side" existed. Skywalker was interested in the Light Side, as it promised to save the soul of his wife, Padme Amidala, who was a staunch supporter of the Republic and the Jedi. Skywalker's master, Obi-Wan Kenobi, began to suspect that his padawan's loyalty was slipping, but he paid it no mind. The dark master of the Jedi, Yoda, would take care of any problems if they arose.
However, the Jedi were losing the war. More and more of their mutant armies were falling, and more Jedi were falling with them. The death blow against the Jedi came when Mace Windu, under the orders of Yoda, attempted to launch a coup against Palpatine and take control of the Republic for himself. Palpatine revealed that he was actually a Sith master, and struck down the Jedi sent to assassinate him. Palpatine then activated Order 66, an order implanted in the Republic's mutant armies to make them arrest the Jedi and turn them over to the Confederacy. [1]
The Republic officially surrendered to the Confederacy, and the two states were united into a new polity - the Galactic Empire. Palpatine himself was tired of politics, and didn't trust even himself with absolute power, so he asked Skywalker for a favor. Skywalker succeeded in turning his wife to the Light Side, prompting Amidala to lead a senatorial revolt against the Jedi. Amidala was later crowned Empress of the new Empire, with Palpatine as her Prime Minister; power would be shared between the two.
When Kenobi heard of this betrayal, he attempted to lead some mutants personally loyal to him to Mustafar, while Yoda fled to parts unknown. Skywalker confronted his former master, who challenged him to a duel in the magma of Mustafar. Skywalker was maimed by Kenobi during the battle, and Kenobi ran away with Skywalker's two children, Luke and Leia. Skywalker, now known by his Sith moniker Darth Vader, had to be interred in a life support suit. In the meanwhile, some corrupt senators, angered that they had lost their power, worked with a few surviving Jedi to form the Republic Liberation Front.
Serving his new Empire, Vader scours the galaxy for the RLF, the remaining Jedi and his children. What he doesn't know is that Kenobi secreted one of them away to the last place Vader would look - his home planet of Tatooine. Here, Kenobi raised Luke to be a perfect Jedi warrior, an unthinking menace against the Empire. Luke has already become a member of the RLF, spearheading the attack against the Life Star, breaking Vader's heart. Leia, on the other hand, was sent to the industrial world of Alderaan, where she became the adopted daughter of corrupt pro-Republic senator and industrial magnate Bail Organa. Organa had avoided Imperial prosecution by pretending to reform, but in truth he had been supplying the RLF with weapons. After the Life Star attack, he was arrested for allowing RLF agents onto Alderaan, but his daughter has escaped. Countess Leia has become a leader in the RLF, and the unknowing lover of her brother, Luke. Both of these characters have been seen in association with the notorious crime lord and bounty hunter Han Solo, a brutal killer who is always seen with a bloodthirsty Wookie. Infamous for shooting innocent bystanders at his local watering holes, Solo is apolitical, but has thrown his lot in with the RLF to cause chaos.
And in the dark ruins of Dagobah, an old enemy of light plots. He is Yoda, the most powerful of the Jedi, and he has been manipulating Skywalker towards that fallen world. Once there, he plans on training Luke to become the galaxy's most powerful Jedi, powerful enough to bring down Palpatine and his father. Soon, the Jedi will have their revenge.
[1] The Senate's control over the Grand Army of the Republic was okay by the Jedi. It was another fig leaf for their tyranny, or so they believed.

Nice.
is the The Republic Liberation Front suppose to be the evil version of the Galactic Republic/Rebel Alliance and the Galactic Empire suppose to be the Heroic version of the Imperial Galactic Empire?

So if the Republic was a Jedi Theocracy, then what would the First Order look like in a Mirror Episode 7? Also, what are the Mutants used by the Republic like and What are RLF soldiers like?

Like the Empire of the First Choice!
Jokes aside, probably, like an experimental union/colony, created by the Empire to test the abilty to colonize unknown space in the new galaxies. They also have two greatest machines, started by the Empire and finished by them - the planet-sized Starfactory Base, a worthy successor of the ancient Star Forge, capable of creating armadas of the Journey-class Star Explorers or other machines in just days and intergalactic travel; and the first (and, so far, only) Curiosity-class Mega Star Explorer, built to be able to travel between galaxies and working like a mobile base, space city, shipyard, factory and resource processing plant all-in-one (should the Starfactory Base be rendered inoperable or just arrive much later because of still-unsolved issues with long-range hyperjumps), commanded by the honorable Supreme Admiral Snoke and named "Opportunity".

Some more about the First Order ships:
Cruisers are replaced with Star Surveyors;
Classes:
Pathfinder-class Light Star Surveyor;
Advance-class Light Star Surveyor;
Minima-Z-class Heavy Star Surveyor.
Frigates are replaced with Star Scouts;
Classes:
Seeker-class Star Scout;
Nebulon-K-class Star Scout.
Star Destroyers are replaced with Star Explorers;
Classes;
Journey-class Star Explorer;
Colonist-class Star Explorer.
Star Dreadnoughts are replaced with heavy versions of Star Explorers;
Classes:
De-escalator-class Super Star Explorer;
Curiosity-class Mega Star Explorer.
TIE Fighters are replaced with TIE Manned Cosmoatmospheric Scouts (TIEMCS);
Classes:
TIEMCS/fo (basic First Order MCS. Nothing special, easy to construct);
TIEMCS/sr (modified for more efficient space reconnaissance)
TIEMCS/fr (/fr stands for "First Recon". This TIEMCS is modified to be able to withstand even the harshest conditions and return back to base with gathered data. Few pilots can pilot those machines efficiently, but, fortunately, Sir Kylo Ren is one of them).
Shuttles and landers are mostly similar;
Classes:
Hospilality-class Atmospheric Colony Lander;
Upsilon-class Command Shuttle;
Xi-class Light Shuttle.
What do you think about it?

Sweeet. For some reason I just love mirror worlds (I think my favorite map of the ones you've made is that "Tyranny and Liberty"-thing, actually), and it's nice to see that logic applied to a setting where the dominant power is eeevil in the original setting.
Also, Hutts: Impervious to Mirror Universe morality reversal. You'd expect them to be ascetic, law-abiding feminists or something.

First let me say I love this scenario, however I was wondering if Obi Wan and Anakin dueled and it ended in the same result as the original and with Obi Wan following a more dark side philosophy wouldn't it seem illogical for Obi Wan to allow Anakin to live in this scenario and rather kill him there on Mustafar?

The Kaminoans that made him probably did so in retaliation to the perversions the Jedi forced into their research on genetic augmentation, meant to improve the lives of sapients but used to create mindless creatures that were treated no less than animals. But he chose instead to follow the ways of pacifism instead of vigilante heroism like his father Jango, who was executed on orders of the Jedi after Dooku's attempt to liberate Geonosis.
That being said, since the Geonosians are also good in this universe, do they have butterfly wings and live in a flower world?

The Imperial symbol looks a bit like the CIS one mixed with the Republic's. Also I do like that you've gone with a polar universe of sorts. Just like the Mirror Universe in Star Trek isn't just an alternate history, but a polar opposite copy of the original.
