Now, Sigma, A.K.A. Doctor Siebren de Kuiper, had studied astrophysics, which led to the accident that gave him his powers and inevitably brought him into the claws of Talon. I think he would make a great foil to the Aspiring Heroine Ochaco due to her being born with her abilities. A Dark Reflection Nemesis/Arch Enemy Type.

I likely see him attempting to persuade her to be her student...which Ochaco would give him a giant no on.
