Description Another weird, uh, sub-machin gun thingy. A lot of tinkering with Vector, and my PX57. Planned to be a compliment of PX57. The weird lever thing under the trigger guard was the magazine release and firing pin release (is it? IDK, just too lazy too search the real terms).

Geh...

Closer to Jati-Matic than the Vector. Real nice.

Thanks!

In principle of angled bolt recoil, yeah. Just felt that it could be fitted into Vector's outline shape, retaining its inlined overall recoil axis to the firing hand...

Looks awesome, but that magazine release is a tad... impractical. Speaking as an experienced shooter, you really don't want anything interfering with getting your hand around the grip as fast as possible, even guards like on the TAR-12 and Steyr AUG are annoying. If you moved it closer to the surface of the grip it would make a good grip safety though. But typically, you want a magazine or bolt release (I think that's what you meant by firing pin release) to be a button or switch that you can jab or flip in an instant without having to change your grip.

Yeah, after finishing it I think the same too.
I tried to imagine one hand to operate the trigger, the magazine release, and bolt release (thanks a lot, you saved me there...), while the other hand just to hold the front grip and catch the magazine, and this is the quickest idea comes to my mind (just like a bike's brake/coupling lever).

If the lever were a bit closer to the grip (and actually reachable without extending your grip), I'm afraid that it'll accidentally switched.

It really seems kinda silly when I tried to practice it
Do you have any idea how to solve this? My head is full of homework (argh!) right now, but I'm aching to find out how the hell should I built the mag+bolt release...
