*GASP* What the heck is this?Who are these characters?
This isn't Dendyn Style...
This isn't any of my previous styles...
In fact, this is a NEW style. One that I think I like. A lot.
And if I get enough positive feedback, there's a chance you may see these characters (and this style) again...
So far, these characters aren't named (although *two* of you might recognise the wolf, although he's undergone a major style change, heh heh...) and I only have a slight idea of what the story would be. However, the style looks somehow more...dark...compared to Dendyn or Loaded Eclipse.
Please tell me what you think!

Dang, I don't know which is better. I like all your art styles. I like this ones rough lines. All the tails look nice and poofy, different than the others. Dave Hopkins, someone with the webcomic Jack, often makes comics in different ways depending on whether he's drawing in Heaven, Earth, or Hell.
No one really needs pants, do they? The red vulpine on the left has some great colors on him, both fur and shirt. His staff looks like it could be nice and painful. Live the determined squirrel's foresty colored cape. Looks like it was made with watercolors. Matches his eyes too. The red eyes feline has a really nice shirt. He looks so happy. The sky-eyed lupine has a nice hue-jazz sword. If an enemy somehow somes in close he hould just whach them in teh face with his spikes. The raccoon just makes me want to laugh.

Well I am once again impressed by your artistic ability not only to juggle stories but to juggle styles. This style is great I have to agree it looks slightly darker, while still containing yur great chibi anthro style. I love how the characters seem to have a more angular persona to them as well very nice.
Can't wait to see your next character picture whether it's rabbits or foxes!

i was joking, anyway most people understand furries only from what footage they see from anthro-con. people tend to forget that like all conventions, it is when the "colorful" people come out of the woodwork

Wooooo! I love this style and the character designs. You put so much detail in the fur and the tails, it blows me away! And the coloring just adds to the cuteness factor and just fits the style. The wolf with the big sword just made my heart jump out of my chest. *swoon* The raccoon nurse at the end makes me giggle, the expression just adds to the cuteness and innocence. I have a feelin' the nurse isn't as innocent as his/her expression claims.
I would definetly love to see more of this style. And more of that bishie wolfy. .: purrrrrrrrrrrr. :.

The nurse just is very paranoid, and she's an insomniac and feels overly responsible for everyone and everything. I'm glad you like the wolf character, I personally am very proud of how the design came out (shades of grey, his only real colour being the blue eyes) the idea was to create a rugged, savage character who proves to be more civil than the others give him credit for.
Don't worry, it's confirmed. I have a story and everything ready, I only have to draw the characters, name them and come up with a title for the series.

The raccoon girl doesn't look zombified, to me. She looks a bit lost is all. Like "whoah. Where was I, again?"

I can see where the whole 'dark' concept would come into play rather nicely.
Now, this reminds me very much of a work I've read called 'Maus,' perhaps you've heard of it? (Art Speigelman) It's an autobiography of sorts about a guy whose father was in the death camp Auschwitz (Jewish guy, you know). Except, all the Jews are mice, and the Nazis are cats, etc. It's a really moving work...you think "aw, look, it's WWII and they're mice, so KYOOT! Aw, look, they're....killing....each...other...O___o" Good stuff, good stuff.
I think this could definetly be a worthwhile thing. Like prof.fate said, don't overplay the whole 'they hate me 'cause I'm black' thing...which I grant you with more than enough sense to do. I'll be expecting to see more from this or I'll BEAT YOUR HEAD IN WITH A BLUNT AXE LIKE THAT GUY IN CRIME AND PUNISHMENT (which btw is another thing like this that you should read...long, poetic, and Russian oh my)
also....one last thing....I am SO doing an art trade with you. Seriously. Like, I have to now. And as far as I know I have partial access to SCANNERS. Oh my.

NO WAI!! This series is going to have nazis too, only not nazis, but an army of rabbits in a similar style to the Long Patrol in Redwall. And the foxes are the ones who get rounded up and tortured to death and it's all like "OMG, CUTE CHIBI...Wait, did she just slit his throat?"
I'm glad that SOMEONE can see that cute and dark can indeed mix. Although there won't be any blood in this, so it won't be *quite* as shocking as say Happy Tree Friends, and definately more poetic.

Oh no, I have enough trouble dodging my own giant fork! Put the axe down! I only have four lives left! Don't worry, I will either do a comic or a story about this series. Probably a story, because I already have way too many comics to work on. The story will be illustrated of course.
