Description
At the end of season three of "Sally the Vampire Slayer," Sonic leaves for Los Angeles because he cannot put himself and Sally in any more danger. While in L.A., he instantly befriends a lion/demon named Cyrus.Sonic: You don't smell furry.
Cyrus: Now that's just rude, I am completely furry... *sneezes, revealing his demonic half for a second* ... on my mom's side.
So anyway, Cyrus has a power to get visions from the "Powers That Be" and Sonic faces a new threat, a law office called Wolfram & Hart. Oh, and Sonic meets a friend... Sonia! And he faces an old enemy, Mina... but Mina confesses to murder and she's in prison.
Soon, Cyrus dies and his part is replaced by another friend of Sonic's... KNUCKLES! Also, Sonic, Sonia, and Knuckles meet a street gang of vampire hunters, and their leader is Manic (taking the role of Charles Gunn) And here's the cast:
Sonic = Angel
Sonia = Cordelia
Cyrus = Doyle
Knuckles = Wesley
At the end, they find a scroll containing the Shanshu prophacy, that someday, a vampire with a soul (Sonic) will become furry again! So, enjoy this spin-off of the hit Sally show, "Sonic"!

Well, some of yours are actually the same as mine. I also pegged Sally as Buffy and Uncle Chuck as Giles. I've been thinking a little more on the Buffy side and came up with this:
Buffy: Sally
Willow: Mobian Nicole (from Sonic 151)
Dawn: Pink Sally from the early days
Xander: Rotor
Riley: Geoffrey
Drusilla: Tiara Boobowski
Tara: Blond Sally
Anya: Blaze
Oz: Manic
Nina: Sonia (I think she briefly flirted with Knux in SU, but I haven't seen it in a long time)
I think Mina works pretty good as Faith too. I often forget about some characters though. Like Doyle :\ Espio might fit for me.
If I had enough time, I think it'd be cool to make a Buffy/Sonic club about drawing Buffy/Angel scenes with Sonic characters. It'd be so nerdy.

Somehow, I had got to thinking how Knuckles/Angel often had better storylines, in my opinion, than Sonic/Buffy (comicwise) so that led me to cast Knuckles as Angel instead. I started with Angel and went backward, so I still don't really have a Buffy/Sonic cast.
Circa season 4/5 Angel I had:

Lorne: Vector
Wesley: Antoine
Lila: Evil Sally

You can see I spent entirely too much time thinking about this, and not enough execution of it. -_-;

Dang, ya have more characters than I thought of. I personaly don't have any characters for Eve or Lindsey and all, but here's my cast. I chose Sonic to be Angel because Sally Acorn is Buffy, and I chose Sonia to be Cordilia because... well... they're both "hair obsesive" XD

Man, I'm finding a lot of people here with the same ideas as me. But I had Sonic/Angel cast completely differently than you. It'd still be awesome to watch, though. I like how you did the logo.

I think I meant the eyes. Even if vampires are dead/undead, their eyes usually look pretty... um, alive?

Huh? In both of those movies, the eyes of the vampires still looked alert and alive - albeit more similar to a predatory animal's eyes than those of a human being, especially in N.W.
Fact of the matter is, that vampires are portrayed as looking exactly like a human being more often than not in modern media. 
I said what I said in the initial comment due to a few reasons - 1)it's a mistake Ryan used to make once in a while without meaning to. 2) The eyes simply lacked high-lights, and softening of the high-lights that were already added. And 3: I really do not think Sonic's eyes were meant to look dull-ish or dead and that it was a slip-up.
Besides, as an artist, constructive criticism is far more valuable and appreciated than "OMG, SO COOOOL!!!!". Having your ego petted is good, but learning and improving (which he has!) is even better.
