I have gimp but this stuff doesn't work so grate, you should download SAI you also need a tablet.

it's shown that they use Paint Tool SAI, if you use GIMP, i do suggest upgrading up to SAI. you can probably find a download somewhere.

saw your youtube video for this and I'm thinking about trying my hand at this to see if I can't get it.
I checked out the settings on your SAI and it looks like a real challenge.
