I see that you've added tons of shiny stuff+reflections and even ambient light from the skin but you haven't painted the skin. This might confuse beginners and basically teach them the wrong thing. You could've at least explained it a bit more into detail or else these random colors will mean nothing. Knowing why things are as they are is more important than making things shiny just for the heck of it.
