Stupid question, how do you illuminate stuff (make stuff glow)? I know almost nothing about SAI and have no idea what over half the things on there do

Make a luminosity layer. But don't ask me how to do that in SAI, idk. Hope that helped a bit at least.

yes, it could, I've done a shiny thing like this once in express (which I have... I WAS SAI SO BAD XD)
you just have to be able to open your mind to using colors that you may not think you should.
Like on an eye, it can look farely shiny with just white highlights, but maybe add some green and purple streaks and it's like )OWO(

IT's also hard on express since most of express's colors turn out less saturated than on sai, that's something i've come across XP

Is Paint tool SAI really that good? Bc I only have Artrage and the problem I have with it is, that when I zoom in, it gets all pixel-y and stuff... It's only smooth when the pic is at 100% zoom or less :/
