Ryoko:My final project for AP Studio Art. We had to copy a piece from a famous artist. My teacher chose Norman Rockwell for me because of my interest in illustration. I chose this picture from a school library book.
The picture was donated to the school district.
I chose to do the picture in colored pencil as opposed to Rockwell's paint. My art siter agreed I fail at painting...
This took several weeks to do and I got very tired of it. I like my dog and hat though.

The whole thing is amazing! I love the shading and blend on the dog especially. You give a very convincing illusion of fur.
