Hello there!I'm very glad to present you my first attempt at a full skin design for Rainmeter!
I started this because I needed a home screen for my entertainment center, and decided that, instead of frankensteining other skins, I'd use them as inspiration to create my own!
The concept of a circular skin must be given to ~Bazerka , who was the first one I know of to make a full circular skin!
Ideas for enhancements are always welcome!
How to install 
You just have to have the latest Rainmeter version and double click the file you download from here (Circlops.rmskin) =]
To get your Weather Code, go to [link] and search for your location, then click on the RSS link on the top right of the page, just below the search bar.
If done right, you will then be redirected to an URL which should end like forecastrss?p=########&u=f, where "########" is your Weather code.
What IS in this pack 
The default full-panneled layout; Detachable layout pannels (if you wish to use them individually); Re-vamped custom Steam Wheel (It's NOT a theme!); Wallpaper (free stock texture); iShut, application for easy Shutdow/Logoff; imagine font. What IS NOT in this pack 
The central clock: it's the default Arcs skin; Extra icons: what you see is what you get; WiFi Plugin: you probably have it already. Additional Credits

Update log 26/12 - v1.0.2a — The DAY on the topright pannel was glitchy because I forgot to change back the code after taking the screenshot. Sorry about that! Problem is now fixed. 19/12 - v1.0.1a — Fixed a small issue on the Steam Wheel, wich was preventing the applications from being launched. Thanks to ~Mielox for pointing that out! =]

Hey, 2 things about your wheel- first, I am loving the design, but it seems that only the shutoff and youtube link are working for the steam wheel. second, I am using your main icon from the steam wheel for a small skin that I was thinking of putting up here, and I was wondering if it would be okay if I could keep it when throwing it up on deviant art, credit going to you of course.

This is really cool can i use a keyboard(arrow keys or short cuts) to navigate the menu , don't know that much about Rain so I thought some one might know.

If u can tell me why rss font change after i set rss link? how can i set it back to your skin default font?
Can i keep rainmeter on the desktop after clicking show desktop button? on desktop option doesnt do the job on Win 7 64 bit.

Really good skin (it's the only one that actually (for the most part) worked when I tried to configure it). Plus it actually fits on my screen well (my resolution is only 1366x768 so the original wheel didn't fit right). The only problems I'm having involve the steam wheel. Whenever I click on an icon that isn't the power button or youtube. Instead of bringing me to the folder I specified for it, it'll bring me to the rainmeter folder instead. Also in the configuration file, everything up until the Exe2 works fine. After that, I'll specify something, and everything after that becomes that folder. And after trying to go back and fix everything multiple times, I gave up and said screw it, I'll keep it cause it looks cool, lol. Just thought you might want to know about those. Thanks for the really cool skin though, I'll be sure to fav it.

i cant seem to change the button functions, it always takes me to the rainmeter folder. the config isn't working right for me either, is there a way that i can just manually input the directories for the buttons in wheel.ini?

Are you sure you're clicking SET after EACH entry?
And yes, just open the ini and it should be vrry intuitive from there.

very nice theme, im using it for my Exopc
My only problem is i cant seem to get it to save the 4-8Exe values in the configuration panel. I change the value and hit set, then refresh the skin and/or restart the pc and they still just open the location C:/Program Files/Rainmeter. The browser icon and power icon both work fine and i can set the browser page (3Exe value) just fine.
Any ideas?

Try editing directly in the ini file, it should be VERY easy to do =]

The config file tells me I have version 1.0a, and you say you fixed the problem at 1.0.1a.. Is the version uploaded here the updated one? if not, where can I find it?

Hey Ryoshi I got a quick question. Everything was running fine but just randomly now the RSS feeds disappeared. I reinstalled the skin and they still don't show up, it's just blank. Any idea what could have caused that?

I just forgot to change back the code after I set ir for the screenshot XD
To prevent the wheel from closing just erase every "#ToggleWheel#" in the lines ButtonCommand=!Execute #ToggleWheel# ["#IconNUMBERExe#"]
WARNING: Don't change the [MainButton] one, just the ICONS.

I tried to download the skin and install it. But i only got a little menu where i wrote my information and when i pushed set button and closed it nothing happened...
I'm running vista 32-bit.
And my raindrop version is: 1.3 rev 560.
And this skin was so awesome that my eyes grew eyes that cried when they saw the first pixel of this! T_T
