Roqi's outfit for Koumori-Doukutsu! Theme: Edo period.It was such a struggle :'D
I am glad that I'm a bit satisfied with it by now~
The ropes around her arms (tasuki) come from the theater form kabuki, which was a mix of singing, dancing and pantomime. Important for Roqi is mostly the dancing as she moves as fluently as if she was dancing with the air.
The tasuki are also a symbol for always being ready to fight. //kicks Roqi
A friend of mine unintentionally managed to inspire me to do a bamboo pattern. And I thought it fit Roqi soo well, way better than flowers or clouds--
Among others it stands for endurance and flexibility.
On my phone the colours are so dark, I cry.
Hope it's not as dark for everyone else @_@
