Hehe. My favorite is Strauss. Man, what a crazy looking dude. Really fun to draw.
Shotakovich wound up looking like a pissed off little kid. Haha. To me, anyhow...
Gershwin came out better than I expected. He was the hardest one, probably because he's so 'normal looking'. I mean, no crazy facial hair or any really exaggerated facial features.
Tchaikovsky looks like Joe with a major haircut.
But hey, I was happy with 'em!
Hope you guys like them. As far as I know, I'm caught up with these now, but if anyone has any more for me, let me know. This is too much fun!!

All the 7 composers looks great! But can I request you to put all of them in the Compozerz comic story? That will be much better. I was looking forward to that.

They probably won't all end up in the actual comic, but I may end up putting them in little short arcs and gags and stuff (like I did with Liszt and Bach and a couple of others).

Have you been giving Gershwin coffee? Tchaikovsky looks like he's not quite sure what to make of Kilmister. Vives looks too sweet for my liking, because it doesn't seem to me that Vives was sweet but I still think he's drawn well.

I like it. What is it that led you to choosing that particular style with the eyes connected, as opposed to any of dozens of other common styles? Did you experiment with different designs before selecting that one?

It just kind of happened. I used to draw two completely separated eyes...then they sort of moved together, eventually sort of overlapped (kind of like the eyes on the characters in Fox Trot or Garfield?). Then, at some point I drew one or two characters with the 'connected' eyes and that stuck for reasons unknown to me.

Gershwin looks very caffeinated.
I have to admit that I'd rather listen to Sousa than Johann Strauss, and I don't think I know a single violist who likes his music. He was so cruel to us in those waltzes! Haaaaate! And, like Sousa, you had to go make the cartoon version adorable. Hehehe.

Strauss was my favorite to draw. He was just like a huge...hair explosion all over his head....lol. Real interesting looking cat.
Shostakovich looked that way in pretty much all his photos. Heh. I still think he looks like a little kid (mine does).

Lemmy looks AWESOME!!!i especialy love how the other guys [at least to my knowledge] are all classical compozer guys and then there's mr. Lemmy "love me like a reptile" Kilmister himself! even if the name wasnt there, you could tell it was him. they all came out great though. and Shost reminds me of theband manager on Metalocalypse.
