Yeah I think Shockwave is not so much stopping Soundwave as he is climbing over him...

I can't get a funny scene of Shockwave out of my head. In Search for Alpha Trion, Starscream is about to kill Optimus when Shockwave says "I have a better idea" and they make that Adam West Batman acid contraption. LOL
