One of the new units that will appear in Final Sunrise 2.

After the Machine War ended, these huge mobile weapon platforms were created from salvaged battleships, mainly as an artillery support or command centers of the attacking ground forces, but there's some versions with massive defensive weaponry built on them. This one have just long-range artillery weapon on it, as well some close range defense guns, but with reduced armour to maintain good speed on the vast deserts.
