i really like the symmetry in palace Soestdijk. At school i studied about the Roman and Greek buildingstructures of their tempels. Palace Soestdijk is palace build like a Roman temple with the symmetry and the frontal approach (you can't go into the temple in a other direction) this type of building palaces like Roman temples was first introduced in the renaissance .

NOTE: this isn't the whole palace but only the entrancebuilding there are to promonades on both sides (it's a very long building, to walk from west to east wing you have to cross 200m)
