Description this is John "the eyes" prairydog. The youngsters have great respect for him because he protected the lair for years. his sharp eyes have seen many weird beings with no fur walked by (they call themself humans), duzzens of them every day. But he will keep staring back, cause that's his duty.

you can see that this fellow is old because of it's grey snout.

John "the eyes" heeft zijn staart verloren in gevecht met bokito ... het was een zwaar gevecht maar hij heeft et overleefd en zo de respect van de burcht verdient. ( het is een soort veteranenwond )

It's cute, it looks kinda like protective, it has claws, it has wonderful eyes, it has teeth... Beware of the prairydog, they're aggressive.

yeah that's why every lil' kid in blijdorp wants to pet it >< stupid kids, really i sometimes wish that those animals would just bite their fingers off >< you just DON'T pet a wild animal ... even though it's in captive. ow and thanks for the compliment.
