one of my best animalportraits so far. I can truly say that this photo was no coincidence. Everything you see here was just as i wanted to be, included the shades of color. If you'd look up other pictures of zebras here on DA you'll find that the aren't very colorful eventhough the zebra has several hues of brown and orange in their coat.Stripes II: [link]

Wow, I really love this portrait! Its great that you managed to show a few different shades of colors in the zebra's fur, I've never seen a zebra from close enough to notice that. I love that the focus is set to the eyelashes and the fur beneath the eye because it has a great color. The sharpness of the fur is amazing. You've got a fave and a watch for this photo

ireally like this shot, the softness all around leads nicely to the focal pont on the eye and i love the striped head ontop of the striped background, it creates a very interesting effect

Hij is inderdaad mooi geworden
Misschien voor de volgende keer:
- Jammer dat de scherpte net iets te laat begint. Ik denk dat het mooier was geweest als je de profiellijn van het hoofd ook scherp had gezien. Ik vind het echt zonde dat het stukje voor zn oog niet scherp is. Nu ligt de focus zeg maar net onder het oog idpv op het oog.
- en (niet zo heel erg boeiend/storend bij deze foto, maar altijd goed om een beetje rekening mee te houden) als je iets meer door je knieen was gezakt het het oog iets groter geleken en had de zebra iets alerter uit zn ogen gekeken
