Something I made for the hell of it. The main of idea of this tutorial is for it to be used in painter IX, but I GUESS it can be done with photoshop. Okay, it can be done with photoshop rofl.For all those that oddly likeld the way I do hair for my drawings

But why is there things that aren't tutorials showing up in Resources---> Tutorials---> Misclellaneous? I've clicked on several of the submissions, and they're categorized correctly (like it was an anime fanart, and the info says it in fanart), but just show up Resources---> Tutorials---> Misclellaneous.
