I see, A Redshirt infected, a classic "Nazi Zombie" from either CoD or Indiana Jones, Draugr, Spartan and Marine Flood, an unfortunate Vault hunter, NCR soldier, and some MW looking guy in the back there.

Yep, you pretty much nailed it. More specifically, the Marine is Sgt. Johnson and the MW looking guy is Ghost.

left to right: California soldier from Fallout, some character from fallout?, fallout hero, master chief, Nazi from Indiana Jones, Dovahkin, red shirt from star trek. Did I get them all?

Very good - The soldier you couldn't identify is inspired by Ghost from CoD:MW2, and I think you skipped the Marine/Sgt. Johnson.
