Description Brontosaurus excelsus. For me, since learning that the animal truly did exist as a separate species from Apatosaurus, it has since become my favorite sauropod alongside Diplodocus. thus, i felt the urge to draw it. The smaller brontosaurus i did shows the physical differences between the adult and juveniles; juvenile Brontosaurus could run on their hind legs to escape predators, much like some lizards. Once they reached a certain size, they would become full-time quadrupeds. Pose inspired by Luis V. Rey's sketches.
