Description
A dragon i made heavily based off the appearance of the rare Earless Monitor Lizard (Lanthanatos borneensis), an 8-inch cousin of both true monitor lizards and the beaded lizards of the United States. I also made this dragon as a way of spreading awareness for the lizard, whose bizarre appearance has begun to make it a target for the illegal pet trade.The lizard that inspired this drawing: s3.amazonaws.com/mongabay-imag…
