I LOVE how epic this photo ended up. I looks like it could be a screen shot from a movie (if only I made a more attractive male!)
I recently debuted this costume for a local convention, in anticipation of the new Hobbit movie.
The vest is made of green moleskin (so comfortable), while the wig was found on the old lady section of ebay. I sacrificed some of my favorite silk dupioni to make a very accurate tie. I only wish my hobbit ears were more visible in this picture!

You make a fine male...and I mean that in the most kindest way possible... uh, distracting question: Is the light making the map see-through or something? Because I'm pretty sure you can't read a map by looking at its back.

Yeah, the light is making it see through. If you look closely, the letters in English show that I'm looking at it the right way!
