Environment practice. I wanted this to seem like the suburban basement lab sort of thing. I've still got a long way to go.I'm trying to work out a schedule where I'm completing one piece a week. One character, one environment, one creature, one finished big action scene and then repeat. So far I've made it through the first month.

The lighting is beautiful and all of the details are great! I think that television was the detail that made me take a longer look at it. It seems like the scientist really considers the basement lab his home, regardless of the cadavers he keeps.

Thanks. I hadn't really thought of the tv like that. I always pictured it as a security camera and you were actually looking at the scientist himself answering the front door after being interupted. But either way works really.

Hahah-- Oh. . . I guess I should have looked closer. I thought it was that the scientist had been watching a film ABOUT a mad scientist creating a monster. I assumed the gentleman in the television was holding a brain or skull. *shrugs*

No harm done. You can see it however you like, I didn't exactly make it perfectly clear what was on the screen. I'm just glad someone thought it was related to what he was doing!
