This is one of the scenes from my movie idea. I just wanted to prove what I said in both Columbia's and Endeavour's bios that these two,at first dont get along...well really its Columbia that doesnt get along with Endeavour. My first time drawing rain, I didn't like how it turned out, so if you have any pointers or even like a "rain brush" for Photoshop please let me know

Columbia never really gets over the whole replacement thing in mine until it's too little too late. He has resentment, but is able to accept Endeavor to a point. He always second guesses him, and doesn't take his word for much of anything...again, until it's too little too late.

I know a trick for rain.
Make a new layer and add a clouds filter. Add noise (400 setting.) Then add a motion blur in the desired direction. Lower the opacity of the layer until the rain is at the strength you want it.

I think you did fine with the rain. Though rain does mostly pour in one direction with a couple variations. For first rain, that's really good ._. did better than me
