It's Cosmo of course! Why else would it be called the Cosmos?He is 10 years old here(apparently, I fail at drawing young people) and I guess this when he created the stars?
This goes with my new Fanfic idea, which is about Comso's younger years.

Because stars evolve in different forms and sizes, they also die in crazy ways. A supernova and/or hypernova are examples of a star explosion. And star explosions are the reason why humanity is here. Star explosions, the the planets forming to what they are to now. Star explosions (if big enough) can reach to our solar system so easily that even if they look so far away, they are actually close to us. Most stars are near our solar system even to this day. And from a dying star explosion, every atom in our body is made of stardust and around earth. But the atoms in your right hand can be different than the left hand, same as your feet. And every star atom is roaming around going through us as we speak, laugh, walk, and even live. So If your theory says that Cosmo created the Cosmos/the Universe, that means he actually created humanity because. If he created the cosmos/the universe, he created stars, and since stars died we have been formed. every living thing on this planet is made from different kinds of stars, that have died so we can be here today. So, Cosmo created humanity by creating stars and stars died and then we formed. The stars died so you could be here today.
