thank you so much for this. i've been looking up the anatomy of wings to create an insignia for my projects and have failed to draw one up. this will make my life easier. if i get famous i'll definately speak of you

Simple, and absolutely stunning. I'm definately using this technique. I use the same technique to do my trees. Make one brown dot (or grey if it's dead), and smudge away! =]

I really like that actually but I wonder if you might be able to do a BAT/DRAGON wing tutorial as well with emphasis on the physiological bio-mechanics and musculature in mind?

I think so... I mean.. I'm not really good in that stuff (anatomy etc xD) but I can try... the worst what could happen is that you won't use it xD
