I like how this piece makes one think. The shading and creativity are really done well.
However, the bottom isn't very clear and an explaination in the artist's comments for the picture would be appreciated.
Overall though, this piece definatly captures attention without the visual technological flare alot of artists overuse.

Fascinating image ^^ Conceptually it's very interesting, and I think you captured the sense of form, especially in the root-like object connecting the figure to the mirror. Great job, keep it up!

i like the deceptive concept. the figure of the woman is almost like a flower, until you see the cracked visade in the mirror. kinda asking which is this person's true form. a very surreal story and quite dali-like.

I love the fact that you have Apate reflected in the mirror and that she emanates from the mirror itself. This is a very good surrealistic piece and your work always gives me food for thought!

Great texture, nice reflection on the mirror and the direction from which the branch comes gives this scene more great vastness, I think.
I see the "dead" wood not rooted to anything but still, she grows and blossoms.

that is one beautiful interpretation made me think of million things cause of it but the actual concept behind it is very simple Apate is the goddess of deception from the pandora's box the water signifies that deceit will drown you and the flower is belladona(nightshade) a symbol of deception

well i admit i am not to good with surreal stuff dont know to much about it and such. but over all the shading on this looks pretty good, and i think it might look really impressive in pen and ink. the background even looks like it might be a little overly dark and the pic might mom a little more if it was lighter, or the foreground was darkened a little
