Blusooth Mangaccess

Mangaccess is the second of the 'Blusooth', being a mechanism to keep field prescence (which, as we'll see, is vital to their core strategy). Beyond that, it's also the first Toon monster that is not explicitly a "Toon" monster, which is certainly a novelty for his design. While he himself is certainly more akin to something like a Libromancer (which for all intents and purposes could have been a Toon-based archetype), the functionality of his being a Toon is more important than the art, although I wouldn't be opposed to grabbing a commission from Krausarts later on, if the archetype saw success haha. That aside, Mangaccess is a removal piece that, like Ogreverse, operates around the manipulation of battle.

Trivia: Mangaccess' name is derived from the old pre-errata name of Manga Ryu-Ran, and while this won't be later canonized as a true-blue Toon, it's a fun bit of trivia for those who remember the early TCG naming faux pas of Upperdeck.

As currently exists, Ability (能のう力りょく Nōryoku) is defined in the OCG Rulebook as being a classification of effect monster that denotes it being a Flip, Toon, Spirit, Gemini, or Union monster, and while it has never been codified in PSCT, for Blusooth, we're bringing that abstract ruling terminology to the card text itself.
