Effect:
"RAM☍Shackle Binariot" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
Each time your opponent Summons a monster from their Deck or Extra Deck, inflict 500 damage to your opponent immediately after the Summon resolves. If this card is sent from the field to the GY, and your opponent has taken damage this turn: You can declare 1 Normal Spell's card name; Special Summon 1 "RAM☍" monster from your Deck, and if you do, that card's name is also treated as the declared card's name while it is face-up on the field. You can only use this effect of "RAM☍Shackle Dischargeant" once per turn.

Dischargeant acts as a deterrent for the opponent, given how much burn the 'RAM☍Shackle' strategy can produce, and alongside its ability to inflict damage, attempting to answer it can lead to further complications, with a way for the Synchro to float into any of your Maindeck monsters, with a Normal Spell's name already 'loaded' into it. This of course makes Dischargeant a fantastic way to sequence into the true boss, 'RAM☍Eyes Shackled Dragon', given a monster Summoned by Dischargeant, coupled with its Declare effect, can get to 3 names easily for the Dragon's summoning condition. While not particularly flashy, Dischargant is a key role-player in 'RAM☍Shackle', and even opens Synchro-focused builds via Synchro Overtake.

Trivia: Dischargeant was made as something of a 'Flare Metal Dragon' for the archetype, adding a bit more of a burn focus to 'RAM☍Shackle' as a whole, while maintaining both their themes of floating into one another, and 'loading' the names of Normal Spells for future usage.
