Her booty isn't much of a problem, and neither is her bosom. She uses her power to reduce her bust every morning, by the end of the day, her hypertrophy makes them monstrously huge.

Well... Peli has a very aggressive form of breast hypertrophy that she's had since she was in her teens, and over the years she learned how to channel for size change powers so that she can manipulate her breast size. When she wakes up each morning, they are typically gigantic and too much for her to handle, so she reduces them with her powers. Problem is they grow back quickly and not only do they grow sometimes several cups in a few hours, they don't stop. So she is always adjusting them. Same goes with Queen Ixora.

The shrinking Ixora you know of now doesn't really have powers. She's a talented psychic whose going to get more powerful, but it's not until after the current story that she begins to earn her powers. Ixora got breast hypertrophy from raising her adopted son, who is biologically a giant. Light bodies, such as Ixora's, adapt. Her body recognized she was reading a giant, so her breasts continued to grow to hold more milk. And the hypertrophy didn't truly start then. It took off when she became infatuated with her new size change abilities.

Not exactly trickery to be fair. She's open about her methods to gain the upper hand-- Uses what she has but never in a dishonest way.

It's not too bad. Yeah sure they stand a fraction of a millimeter tall, if even that... But with Peli and the likes keeping a watchful eye, and not to mention the view!

Peli's a gracious host. If she zaps someone, they more often than not will find themselves nestled safely in her top at least once. It's a great psychiatric trick, a therapeutic one that makes the pain and misery of being small seem to fade away.
