WAS originally just touching up a three year-old image of Neya, as I had done before in 2015, but decided it looked good enough to be put into something, for it was a shame to just let it be. So I concocted the scale chamber which is a part of a concept I had thought up. I'm in the middle of Sleeper right now, and I have a few more ideas going on right now as well, but this concept serves to fill a crucial gap in Neya's story. She gained the ability to possess and utilize Light gems by fluke, thanks in part to her friend, but it's never really been exploited before. It just so happens that one of the stories I've been thinking about lately has a main character reduce in scale to rescue someone.Don't know where I'd take it, but I'm always thinking not too far ahead into the future.
Plus I'd have to say that Neya looks great!

With Hexen spells, a more powerful hex or Light has to reverse it, OTHERWISE irreversible damage may ensue- which is why Peli didn't return Petra to normal.

I don't know yet. Peli could, but the thing about Peli is by the time Neya is even BORN, she has pretty much quite going after the bad guys and becomes a professor of classical studies and languages at Dunbar University. I don't know how she'd fit in the story.
