Long time, no see~ More realist art here; I've been creatively charged lately and I needed to draw something challenging. Gerard Butler provided just the challenge for me! I recently watched the Phantom of the Opera and felt the need to recreate some of the images seen in said film. Feedback is really appreciated!! Thanks!Mediums:

Ha, "random erasers". I just use said erasers and normal pencils while drawing so *GASP* I've been outdone. Phantom rocks. Good job. *clapclapclap*

Really good details on the eyes, the shadow of the mask on the face, the mouth and nose. The rest of the picture is a bit blotchy, though. That may just be an artifact of scanning, but if it's not, I'm not sure what you could do to fix it, short of erasing out and redoing the shading. I'd also recommend darkening (and smoothing out) the left side, so you increase contrast where the mask and background meet.

Well, you said feedback, so I'm going to give you some...
Your shading is divine; the facial structure is very good, and well defined because of that. The spot just above his eyebrow is especially well done. All in all, the face is very realistic.
The texture of the parchment paper adds some interest to the final product, and looks lovely to boot.
And now, for some (hopefully) constructive criticism:
You pay a lot of attention and time to the shading and detail of the eyes, nose, and lips, but on his chin and jawbone the detail sort of falls away. Maybe add some extra shading, or a darker background to lessen the harshness of the line of his chin? Likewise on his clothes. Giving some extra texture on the clothing would make it more realistic as well.
Well, I'm not entirely sure how you take criticism, so here's to hoping you don't kill me!

Thank you for the feedback and the criticism~ I take criticism very well, if it's constructive and not something like "this picture sucks, you suck". I was very worried about the neck and jaw area. Something seemed "off" but I couldn't quite place it(after a few hours, my mind tends to get fuzzy). Thank you for pointing it out; I'll do what I can to remedy the situation.

Me too! Thank you very much! I noticed he's wearing like a million shirts, so I cut the drawing off about collarbone-level so I wouldn't have to draw all of his clothes~
