Here is my entry for 's Contest

I had to design a new Pokemon move, and well, here it is! OwO

Brain Drain / Psychic / Special / 60 / 100 / 10 / Drains the Targets Mind, restoring users HP. May leave the target Confused.

The move is essentially a psychic Giga Drain. it drains the opponents HP and heals you, and has a 20% chance of leaving the target confused. I figured Telepato would illustrate this move perfectly, and Weenine.... just because they are cute! OwO
