178 here is designed to Knock down Traffic Lights and impersonate them to Cause Crippling Traffic jams and what not! So horribly evil! His Claws are sharp enough to tear down any Traffic light and he uses his Clamp Jaw to hang form the Pole or Wires it was hanging from. His Traffic light tail is on a chain attached to his body to stretch out if need be! The Bowler hat and tie are jsut a Nice touch of class to his pure evilness! Well since I aint that evil I cant really think of anything else to use him for.I love hoe this fella turned out! an evil idea personified perfectly! And he looks spiffy in his fancy hat ^^' As always please leave plenty of good Feedback and stuff ^^
