Here is yet another old Evil Experiment! 190 here is designed to ruin Card games by using his X-Ray Monocle to see players hands and then display the hand with his Card like Tail. Each Card is a super flat LCD Screen which will display any card needed, while hsi Monocle is at a low enough frequency to just see the other sides of cards. He is incredibly evil if let out in say...Vegas! But of course since I aint that evil I mostly play cards with him ^^' Hes rather good for a PEacock thginy XD

I love this guy a lot! the concept is so awesome! took me a while to get him right though but I think I'm finally happy with how he looks. Hes all fanceh and Monocley
