Here's a cool Ice Pokemon found on this Tall Icey Peak in my Region ^^Snolobe
Brain Freeze Pokemon
Ability: Levitate/Ice Body
Evolves: None
"Found in icy climates, Snolobe use the cold temprature to calm their senses to enhance their psychic powers. Their exposed brain is covered in a special Ice which is as strong as Diamonds"
I think this fella is neat ^^ Cant decide if hes like a "Faux Legendary" Liek Rotom and stuff, or just like a kinda Rare Pokemon *Shrug* Eitherway leave me some Feedback on wacha think ^^

I think it should be a rare pokemon and it only shows up when you use a certain item/move
