Is there any way to make this transparent ProgramsList menu "smoothy", like the PlacesList?

Yes! Just make your own Smoothy image & Replace then apply this style hack.

How can I make a smoothy image, when I'm talking about smoothing the background of the image, not the image.
When you use aero(dmw.exe) style and you set the windows not to be transparent(Personalization\Window Color), the PlacesList menu takes the effect and becomes opaque, but the ProgramsList, remain transparent and doesn't take the effect.

I use paint.net which is almost the same thing, but I want to put blur to the >>behind<< of the image not to the image. If you'll set the start menu images to be fully transparent, Windows will automatically put the blur effect everywhere in the start menu, but not in the ProgramsList and I want it to be blury there too. That's exactly what I mean.

I've tried to change the shellstyle.dll, but noting happens. I also modified the wdm.exe, but it doesn't do anything too. Is there any way to put that blur effect there? ...cause I really like.

You need to make your own glass/blur images then apply this stylehack because this hack only change the value not images.
