Simply adorable, it's light; sweet. I'm fondly reminded of days spent playing pokemon sapphire.
The lightening bolts in the bg are a nice touch, but the pale color doesn't give them much energy. (in contrast to that, i realise it wouldn't have been a good idea to make the bolts stand out more than the plusle. just randomly going through my own thoughts about this.
