3 o'clock is 3 o'clock—it doesn't matter if it's A.M. or P.M.

Can't believe I actually finished something, even if it was just another speedy screenshot redraw. They're basically studies at this point anyway. And to be honest, the originals CGs for this moment were kinda... meh. Like, its a weird dreamscape shouldn't there be more sparkle? So I tweaked the it a little to try and create a more dreamy vibe. I stuck with the more vibrant colors the old artist used since I have a soft spot for their oversaturated version of Wonderland, but pushed the lighting, added more effects, and made the clothes not look like they were startched to hell and back. Add some foreground glitter, brighten the fun in the background, position everything a little differently in the frame, etc--this was the result.

It's definately interesting compared to other screenshot redraws too because the game had been remade mutliple times. So I referenced both the original artist and their current one . They really bring different things to the table, so I had to think a little harder about how I personally wanted to interpret the scene ey. That and I could never figure out what Lorina's expression was supposed to be. It's like complete opposites in the different versions. So I went with neither w e l p .
