I didn't have the heart to tell that person that I actually don't like Halo >_>;
this took me like 10hrs T_T and it's very messy and looks like crap :'/ I am not drawing something like this again.. ( or maybe for a long time)I mean compare this to my last 4 deviations.. yea out of place.

might be messy, but it looks good.
I have to sympathize, Master Chiefs Armor is HARD to draw (and you are hearing this from a HALO fan...I had a 3D reference to work with and it was still hard as all get out.) but all of that is the detail on his armor, its killer, good but hard to duplicate/

ugh, badass samus in her stupid zero suit just for goddamn eye candy?! i hate that stupid skimpy thing, isnt her armor awesome enough? and dont even get me started on the whole master cheif and samus thing...HALO IS NOT AS GOOD AS EVERYONE SEEMS TO BELIEVE IT IS. METROID IS FAR BETTER, NOT REALLY ANY CONTEST THERE...but i like the work you did, love the art just had to get that out as a passionate gamer.

it is! try gears of war 2. i played the whole game 4 times and never got bored. played half of halo 3 and i was just like...what? gears is so much better...maaybe in part because its humbler...and its not the only game that is far better than halo.

yeah, I've played it a little, but never owned it, so haven't gotten to do too much on it, but I thought it was pretty fun-I don't really care for those type of games too much these days, though-nothing wrong with them, I'm just alot more of an RPG nerd >.<

Nice Halo Drawing. I kinda find it weird that Samus is in her Zero Suit but Master Chief is in his epic armor. Sexist much? (directed at the person who requested the artwork, not the artist)
Also, kudos to you for finally playing Halo and understanding the epicness about it. It's not the best game I've ever played (that goes to Mass Effect 2) but I can understand why it's so hyped.
Not that I dislike Metroid. On the contrary, I find the series to be an enjoyable bunch of platformers. The first-person games were never to my taste, personally. I liked the series better when it was side-scrolling platforming action - but that's just my opinion. Nice piece, and I hope to see more great pictures from you!

why is samus the only one bleeding?!?! masterchief isnt even damaged, samus would kick his arse. and even if they were working together samus would still own to the point were all she would need to do is look at MC and he would vanish into the shadows and hide while samus absolutely obliterates everything around her!!!!
and for the record, no i am not a fanboy, i am quite the fan of halo aswell having finished all of the original trilogy several times each on legendary
