Printing quality depends upon your system colors & printer that you're using, for highest printing quality. I recommend Laser Color printer. its quite expensive solution, but it will satisfy you better.

Converting this image into pc sticker is very easy
* Open Microsoft Word 2010.
* Copy this image into Microsoft Office 2010 & re-size it to pc sticker size or size it as looks good your eyes.
* Print on Photo-paper / A4 sized laminated stiker (white). ** Its easily available from market **
* Now carefully cut the logo from paper
* Bingo :-]
