As usual, a fantastic use of negative space. You really know how to work the color shapes to give the impression of of objects; The white on top of his head meets perfectly with the gray of the top of his collar.The vein on his bicep is very nice detail that's not over done.
The only two things that catch my eye are that the butt of his pistol is a bit bright (the brown of his harness might work) and that I really want his left eye to be white. I know it's in shadow, but I think it would work within the Rules of Comic Book Hoods, Masks and Cowls.

You're pro'lly right about the gun butt and the eye. It was a speed-piece... I will probably make the changes when I get my artbook together.
