Villains are less innocent characters and have narrow , more realistic eyes. Innocents have large , expressive eyes. In some manga, the eyes can take up to one/third of the face.'

I absolutley love drawing anime eyes ... They the only thing i can draw and come out decent hehe ^^ ... well i drew and wrote down the tutorial out of the manga book for everyone who wants to know how to draw manga eyes.
