And Roses. heh...I just remembered that I promised a Rose Tutorial a while back... All Tutorials I make will be for Photoshop unless otherwise stated. (I don't know what is different between all the Photoshops. Please take into account that I use Elements 3.0 if you plan on using this Tut.)

Well, if any of you were ever wondering about the process I use to make eyes, wonder no longer! My process is actually quite shot and simple. I tried to be detailed in the steps. And I apologize for my sloppy handwriting...it is usually not that messy...
