The Amputator. When four people at once need healing and won't shut up, just whip it out and start playing.

Plus, you know how your teammates get this team-colored glowing ring under their feet when you're taunting with the Amputator? The spies masquerading as your teammates do not get the glowing ring. It's not an especially efficient way to spycheck (the syringe gun does that so much better without leaving you vulnerable for a few seconds and it can catch the invisible ones), but it's something to look out for while healing.
