Actually this one went fairly quickly (for me anyways) except for a few compositional hiccups in the home stretch. I really don't keep track, but maybe 12 hours or so..?

I think what's amazing about this is not just the awe-inspiring height and atmospheric perspective, but the way you made the rocks appear to be in larger forms that are flowing almost like liquid. The trough that's part of the path between figure and bright flash above really reinforces that impression.
I'm also interested in reading the story this is a part of, keep us updated if you move on that.

Wow, amazing work. The tilt in the piece really complements the chaos in the rocks, but the whole composition is solid and gives it an awe-inspiring atmosphere... I want to look at the piece at 20 times this size haha... and of course I want to read the story too! <3
