Hey everybody, here's the next chapter of my parody of Dumbo, Shy Little Kitten The Wonder Cat!! This is where poor little Shy ends up meeting new friends in the form of the circus misfits and a little tweety bird, after being separated from her family and shunned by the other cats and elephants. Enjoy!

As the sun set over the circus grounds, word had spread over the incident with the Tabby family attacking Captain Ector and his handlers. Many felt sorry over hearing the misunderstanding while others didn't think much of it while preparing for the show which would take place tomorrow night. A group of ponies were talking about it while visiting in their train car. " Everypony, did you hear about the commotion this afternoon?" a dark pink pony named Ms. Cheerilee said. "What's going on?" an orange and yellow pony named Junebug asked. "What happened?" another named Bon Bon asked while watching over her little foal. "What's wrong dear? Tell us." another named Kira asked. "It's about Mrs. Tabby and Sylvester, the two nice cats that were just blessed with their own kittens." Ms. Cheerilee continued. "They're in cages far from the big top!" another pony named Cheese Sandwich added. "What? Why?" Junebug asked showing concern. "Apparently, they went wild and caused quite a stir in the sideshow." Ms. Cheerilee answered. "What?" A blue unicorn named Trixie said as she poked her head into the train car opening, "But no animal is allowed to go wild here, it's Captain Ector's orders after all."

"But there's more to this story, there were boys that were causing trouble to they're littlest one, Shy Little Kitten. They did things to the poor little thing that set off her family's beserk button." Cheese Sandwich added, "That's when the big CE and his men wrangled them and they drenched him." "Is this true Cheerilee?" Kira asked with a worried look. "We saw the whole thing." Ms. Cheerilee answered. "An what about this......Shy Little Kitty you speak of?" Trixie asked, "Is she locked in there with them?" "No," A scottish cat named Gordon said as he poked his head on the opening next, "The poor little lass was being brought to a safe spot in the circus. But she raced after the truck with her family inside." "Yeah, and now she's all alone in this rag tag peanut operation. Who knows where that poor little pipsqueak is wandering off to in here." Another cat named Mr. Blik added. "SPLEEEEEE!!!" Another named Waffle said as the others looked at him awkwardly. "Sorry, I wasn't listening." Waffle said with a chuckle. "Aww, that's terrible." Bon Bon said as she snuggled with her little foal, "The poor dear. I can't imagine what it would be like if my little foal was lost and alone in the circus." "You said it Bon Bon." Kira said as she looked out the opening of the train car, "Wherever she is out there, I hope she's okay."

Soon enough, night fell on a dark and ragged looking prison tent. The fabric from the tent was wrinkled and covered in patches, and inside was the Tabby Family, who were sitting and swaying sadly in small and rusted cages. As they sadly sat alone in their dark prison, a concerned group of animals saw them from the opening as they felt bad about the situation. "Oh my, this is terrible," Tawny Scrawny Lion said, "Locked up all because of a misunderstanding." "Yeah," Pinkie Pie added, "And that poor little kitty is all by her lonesome out here." "No one deserves this kind of treatment," Ed added. "Isn't there anything we can do Mama?" Saggy asked his mother. "I'm afraid not my son," Winifred answered, "If anyone catches us near this tent, we would most likely be labeled mad as well." "There's gotta be something we can do." Ed said as he heard this. "I think I know what that is," Dunlap said, "Come on guys, we gotta find that little kitten and watch over her." "He is right," Winifred added, "No one deserves to be alone. Let's have a look around."

Meanwhile in another part of the circus, poor Shy Little Kitten stood in the corner of the tent crying for her parents, while standing next to a water bucket labeled "Mrs. Tabby & Sylvester". Not far away from her were Iris and Snowbell's clan of cats and Goliath's herd of elephants who were in a circle also talking about what happened that afternoon. "My goodness, when they splashed the ringmaster, I just thought I'd die!!" Delilah said. "Well personally I think she went too far." Prissy added. "After all one mustn't forget one is a lady," Iris added. "Or a gentleman," Goliath added. "Or just a bundle of kids," Snowbell added. "I suppose that's family love for you," Chloe admitted.

While the cats and elephants continued gossiping, something crawled out of a bag of bird seed. It was a little yellow canary named Tweety Bird, who wore a red cap and listened in as he continued to eat bird seed."A tweety bird can't eat in piece," he muttered as tossed bird seed pellets in his beak. "Gab, gab, gab, always gossiping." Catty the elephant then had some news to say. "Everyone listen, have Delilah and I got a trunk full of dirt," She bragged. "Tell us all dear," The others urged. "Yes, tell them Catty," Delilah said with a chuckle. "Well we heard today that the handlers have put them in solitary confinement," Catty said.

"Oh no," Prissy gasped. "How awful for them." "Well personally, I don't blame them for anything," Si suggested. "You're absolutely right," Am agreed. "It's the fault of that little S-H-R-I-M-P." Puzzled, Tweety said to himself, "Who are they talking abou-" But he soon saw Shy as he blurted out, "Oh, I tawt I taw a Putty tat!! I did, I did taw a putty tat!! A vewy teeny weeny putty tat!" "It certainly is," said Chloe. "That only proves she's a shrimp that only a family could love." The cats and elephants laughed while Tweety looked behind him at Shy still crying in her corner. "What's the matter with her size?" Tweety pondered. "I don't see anything wrong with it. She looks pwetty cute.........well, for a putty tat." While the cats and elephants laughed, Iris and Goliath felt more serious. "Ladies, ladies.......and Snowbell, it's no laughing matter at all," Iris said causing the group to realize what she's talking about. "Don't forget we felines have always prowled with dignity. Her disgrace is our own shame." "This also goes for us elephants too ladies," Goliath added. "Well, I'll tell you guys one thing," said Snowbell. "I will never share the same can of tuna with that little brat."

The other cats and elephants agreed just as Shy began walking towards the group hoping to not be so lonesome. "Don't look now, but here she comes." Chloe said as she noticed her. "Hmph," Goliath irritatingly said, "Pretend you don't see her." They soon turned their backs and gave the poor kitten the cold shoulder. Seeing this with a sad expression, Tweety said, "How do you like that? Giving her the cold shoulder." Soon enough, Shy's eyes filled up with tears once more as she sadly walked away from them. Feeling sad for the poor kitten, Tweety said, "Poor wittle putty tat. There she goes, without a fwiend in the world. No one to turn to." Then he angrily looked at the cats and elephants and said as he flew up to them, "Hmph! I'll fix that!!" He soon flew in the center of them all and got their attention. Soon enough, Ed, Dunlap, Pinkie, Tawny, Saggy, and Winifred peeked at this as they noticed what was going on. "AHEM!" Tweety said as the elephants and cats all looked at him. "How dare you make fun of such a poor wittle putty tat!! You all oughta be ashamed!!" Tweety scolded. The group just looked silently, but then broke out in laughter. "Okay, that is the funniest thing I ever seen!!!" Chloe laughed. "Oh, yeah. Cute little one, real cute." Goliath added just brushing the little bird off. "Say, he's just the snack I'm looking for," Snowbell said evilly approaching the bird. "Oh, you don't wanna mess with the wikes of a Tweety Bird, you bad ol' Putty Tat!!" Tweety said as he cracked his neck and got ready to fight him.

This only made the cats and elephants laugh more, until the bird let out a karate sound and a menacing angry stare. This made them look scared by this. Tweety then proceeded to beat the crap out of them all, sending some in bales of hay and hitting others upside the head, all while making karate noises and angry chants. He even made a fool out of Goliath the Great. "AH!! What are you crazy!?!" Goliath said with a black eye and a scared look. Tweety soon looked with an evil smile as he saw the cats scrambling in hiding spots and high places in the tent. "So, you wike to pick on wittle guys, huh? Why don't you pick on me!?!" Tweety shouted. "NO!!" Delilah shouted. He then scared them even more. "A proud race," Tweety said, "Of overstuffed pudding bags!" As he said this, an elephant was hiding on a ladder when it broke. "AND FWEABAGS!!" "Fleabag?" Snowbell said feeling hurt by this and checked his fur. "I sure showed the wikes of them." Tweety said as he triumphantly walked out. But as he did so, the cats and elephants were emerging from their hiding spots, only to scramble back as Tweety turned around with a "BOO!"

With a chuckle, Tweety exited the tent as he said, "Oh boy, wait till I tell the wittle putty tat!" But before he could find her, he was greeted by the circus animals from before. "Good show little one," Tawny said with a smile, "Well done!" "Huh?" Tweety said as he saw them all. "Yeah, way to stick it to those mean felines and pachyderms!" Ed added. "Yeah," Dunlap added, "I would've loved to stick it to those jerks, but you went ahead and did it yourself!" "You got guts little Tweety bird!!" Pinkie added, "And lot's of them!!" "Gee thanks," Tweety said feeling bashful, "I was just twying to defend that poor wittle putty tat." "Say, where is Shy anyway?" Saggy asked. "I think I found her," Winifred said with a chuckle as they all saw a wiggling tail in a bale of hey. "Hey Shy!" Tweety said as he fluttered over towards her, "It's alwight, you can come out now." But all she did was quickly disappeared in the hay. "No, you'll just scare and make fun of me!! Everyone else does!" she said. "Oh, maybe a scared her too." Tweety said. "Look Shy, we're your fwiends!" "Really?" Shy said as she still cowered inside the hay. "Of course," Tawny said, "We're all friends here, you can count on us." "See?" Tweety said, "Now come on out, won't you?" "Nuh-uh!" Shy answered. "Oh you're not afwaid of wittle ol' Tweety Bird are you?" Tweety asked. "Yes." Shy answered. "I guess you overdid it back there little guy," Dunlap said.

But then Tweety got an idea to lure her out. He soon picked out a slab of tuna from a tuna can as he brought it over to the bale of hay Shy was hiding in. "Oh Shy, lookie what I got?" Tweety said as he tried to coax her out. Just then, a little cat nose sniffed as it got closer to Tweety with the tuna slab, who just backed up a bit. "Uh uh uh uh, you gotta come out first." But then a small cat paw stuck out the hay bale and took the slab of tuna. Shy ate the tuna with a small belch as Tweety pretended to look sad. "Well it's too bad you don't twust me Shy," Tweety said, "Because you, me, and these nice circus animals would've woved to get your famiwy out of the cwink. But I guess you wouldn't be intwested. Bye Shy." Then as Tweety began to walk away while whistling the Steamer the Train song, Shy peeked out of the hay and went over to Tweety and stopped him in his tracks. "There we go," Tweety said, "Works every time!" "Did you really mean it when you said you would help me to free my family little Tweety Bird?" Shy asked. "Of course!" Tweety said. "We all want to do it for you Shy," Ed added. "Because that's what friends are for," Dunlap added. Then Pinkie soon got down on her stomach on the ground so that her eyes were in front of Shy's. "We are friends, aren't we?" she asked. "Sure," Shy answered. This made Pinkie happy as she hugged the little kitten. It wasn't the same as having her family, but it did feel good to have friends.

" I just feel so guilty for making them go crazy and get stuck in there in the first place." Shy said as she looked sad. "Shy, that's where you're wrong." Dunlap said. "Yeah little one, your family isn't crazy," Tawny added. "They're just broken-hearted," Winifred added. "Yeah, it ain't your fault you're so teeny weeny," Pinkie added. "And scared of most things." Ed added. This made Shy cower from this. "Way to go guys," Dunlap said to the two. "Aw gee, Shy," Tweety said, "We don't care what others say abut you." Tweety said as he made her feel better. "Really?" Shy said. "Of course," Tweety said, "We're all famiwy here, no matter what size or shape." "Wow, thank you." Shy said as she sniffed, "You're the first group of animals other than my family that treated me so nicely." They all smiled at what she said. "You know, lots of tiny people are famous." Dunlap added. "Then all we gotta do is build an act!" Ed added. "Make you a star!" Pinkie added. "A Headwiner!!" Tweety added, Shy Little Kitten!! The Wonder Cat!!" Soon fanfare from trumpets were heard as the animals lifted Shy up in the air. "Uh.........the Wonder Cat of what?" Saggy said. This made them put Shy back down on the ground." "Oh, oh, oh, I know! How about something with jet packs!!" Ed suggested. "Oh and aquatic cobras!!" Pinkie added, "People love those!!" "And a highwire!!" Ed said. "And with a cake on her head!?!" "Hold it you two knuckleheads!!" Dunlap said cutting them off, "You two had way too many Casey Junior cookies, haven't you?" "We can't help it," Ed said as he took out a circus wagon shaped box of animal cookies labeled "Casey Jr. Cookies", "They're so yummy!" "And they're animal shaped, with more sugar! What's not to like?" Pinkie said as she took out a box as well and the two chowed down.

"Well, whatever this big act is, it's gotta be something big and colossal." Dunlap said ignoring the two. "If I were to make a small suggestion," Tawny added while two bunnies looked with smiles on their faces, "Why not go to the ringmaster's office and listen in on what he has to say. Word on the street is that he has something special in mind for the cats and elephants. It does sound like something you could be looking for." "Well that sounds like a pwan," Tweety said, "What do you think Shy?" "Well if it can help free my family, then yes. I'm in!" Shy said. "Yeah, go for it Shy," Saggy said. "We're all behind you little one," Dunlap said. "We'll help any way we can!" Pinkie added. "So, where is the ringmaster's office?" Shy said. "Oh that's an easy one." Pinkie said. "The caboose to the circus train," Ed said, "Over that way." "You heard them Shy, wet's go!" Tweety said as they both went to the direction of Captain Ector's office. "Let us know how it turns out," Tawny said to them, "We're all behind you."

Soon fanfare from trumpets were heard as the animals lifted Shy up in the air. "Uh.........the Wonder Cat of what?" Saggy said. This made them put Shy back down on the ground." "Oh, oh, oh, I know! How about something with jet packs!!" Ed suggested. "Oh and aquatic cobras!!" Pinkie added, "People love those!!" "And a highwire!!" Ed said. "And with a cake on her head!?!" "If I were to make a small suggestion," Tawny added while two bunnies looked with smiles on their faces, "Why not go to the ringmaster's office and listen in on what he has to say. Word on the street is that he has something special in mind for the cats and elephants. It does sound like something you could be looking for."
